Ideal candidates have substantial leadership experience, PMP/MBA credentials, and a strong background in financial products, with a track record of managing large, complex programs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
• PMP Certification, MBA, and other business licenses are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop multiple teams to achieve goals and conduct personnel duties.
• Prepare and present regular team/project reviews to senior management.
• Drive system architecture design and development with end-users and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgeting, planning, and policy formation for the area.
• Ensure change is controlled and aligned with regulatory requirements.
