Citi is seeking a senior Applications Development professional to lead multiple teams and drive the architecture of critical systems in our technology organization. This role reports to senior management and focuses on delivering high-impact projects, governance, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in technology leadership, financial products, and a strong track record of mentoring staff, with PMP and MBA credentials preferred.

Formación

• 15+ years of relevant experience in technology leadership.
• 8–10+ years of managerial experience overseeing teams.
• PMP Certification and an MBA are preferred.
• Experience with financial products and industry knowledge.
• Strong strategic direction and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and related productivity tools.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and mentor staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage/develop multiple teams and supervise personnel duties.
• Prepare and present regular team/project reviews to senior management.
• Drive design and development of system architecture with end users.
• Monitor budgeting, policy formation, and future strategic planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust disaster recovery plans.
