Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage finance transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Support business expansion initiatives, including setup of new legal entities in compliance with local regulations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement new financial systems, tax platforms, and business processes.
• Support integration and organizational transformation projects, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate training, testing, and go-live activities to ensure seamless adoption of new solutions.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and communicate status updates to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives across the finance organization.
