Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree with 10 years of related experience.
• Professional registration or certification in the field (if required).
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review estimates and schedules with workforce forecasts.
• Monitor material quantities and provide forecasts.
• Develop specifications and design criteria.
• Participate in procurement, permitting, and subcontracting.
• Perform calculations and solve complex engineering problems.
• Mentor staff and develop training materials.
• Provide independent recommendations aligned with project goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
