Fluor Constructors is seeking an experienced engineering leader to provide overall execution leadership on small to medium/large projects. You will guide the engineering team, develop execution strategies, and monitor budget, schedule, and quality to deliver value and technical excellence for clients.

The role requires a four-year engineering degree and extensive experience, with strong communication, leadership, and strategic abilities to align project goals with business objectives.

Formación

• Accredited four year degree in engineering and twelve years of related experience; professional certification/registration if required.
• Accredited two year degree with fourteen years of related experience or sixteen years total with non-degree.
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences; strong leadership, business acumen, and strategic execution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering execution leadership for small projects or a defined area on larger projects.
• Lead development and implementation of the Project Execution Strategy; oversee budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines and support project management.
