• Two-year degree or global equivalent with 20 years of related experience; or 22 years if non-degreed; local variations may apply.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
• Knowledge of materials cost and availability.
• Practical field experience.
• Intermediate computer and software skills to include word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and electronic presentation programs

Responsabilidades

• Prepare 3D layouts and/or schematics for conceptual and detailed designs of advanced complexity.
• Conduct reviews of model using 3D review platform and create 3D models of advanced complexity.
• Check work done by other Designers.
• Develop estimates, schedules, staffing requirements, progress reports, and key quantity tracking reports.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity.
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned
