Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 20 years of mining project experience.
At least 5 years leading teams.
Experience with engineering contractors, cost estimation, execution plans, and scheduling for mining projects.
Proficient with MS Office and related software.
Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
English and Spanish written and spoken fluency.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to teams executing construction strategies and projects across the lifecycle.
Translate strategy into operational plans for the department.
Manage contract execution to maximize performance and mitigate risk.
Monitor project performance for safety, budget, and scope compliance.
Develop integrated project deliverables and engage stakeholders for smooth transitions.
Identify and manage risks using the risk management framework.
