Qualifikationen

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Educational background in Mining, Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Construction Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Roster 5x2, with sporadic site visit to Escondida; Based in Santiago.

Aufgaben

• Provide subject matter expertise on demolition and decommissioning planning and execution strategies.
• Review contractor demolition methodologies, work packaging approaches and execution plans.
• Support development of demolition and decommissioning strategies suitable for brownfield environments.
• Assess constructability implications, interfaces, tie-ins and execution risks.
• Coordinate with Bechtel and demolition contractors and specialist consultants.
• Develop demolition sequencing roadmaps and integrate with permitting, environmental and construction requirements.
• Identify demolition-related risks and support mitigation measures.
