Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, dealer profitability, cash flow, working capital, and business performance indicators.
• Knowledge of automotive retail, dealer network operations, sales, aftersales, parts, and customer experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial planning, business case development, negotiation, and organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic evaluation of the dealer network in Chile and monitor market coverage, capacity, and dealer sustainability.
• Analyze dealer financial information, profitability, liquidity, working capital, and key operating indicators.
• Develop fact-based business cases for dealer investments, restructurings, ownership or operating model changes.
• Manage senior-level relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional inputs.
• Oversee contracts with dealers and parts distributors, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
