General Motors in Chile seeks a Senior Dealer Development leader to drive strategic, financial, and operational management of the dealer network. You will oversee profitability, customer focus, and alignment with GM's commercial strategy across the Chilean market.

The role combines performance management, financial analysis, and network planning to strengthen dealer viability while coordinating governance and cross-functional inputs for timely decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, dealer profitability, cash flow, working capital, and business performance indicators.
• Experience in dealer development, automotive retail, or related industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic evaluation of the Chilean dealer network and monitor market coverage, capacity, and profitability.
• Analyze dealer financial information, profitability, liquidity, working capital, and key indicators; develop improvement plans.
• Develop fact-based business cases for dealer investments, restructurings, and market changes; present to leadership.
