Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, dealer profitability, cash flow, working capital, and business performance indicators.
• Knowledge of automotive retail and dealer network operations is preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial planning, business case development, negotiation, and organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic evaluation of the dealer network in Chile; monitor market coverage, capacity, and dealer sustainability.
• Analyze dealer profitability, liquidity, working capital, and key operating indicators; challenge results with dealers.
• Develop fact-based business cases for dealer investments, restructurings, and market changes; present to leadership.
• Manage senior-level relationships with dealer principals; coordinate cross-functional inputs and governance forums.
• Oversee contracts with dealers and parts distributors, ensure compliance and timely renewals.
