General Motors seeks a Senior Dealer Development professional to strengthen the Chilean dealer network through data-driven analysis and strategic action plans. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Santiago and requires regular engagement with dealer principals and leadership.
You will lead strategic evaluation of network coverage and performance, analyze profitability and cash flow, and develop fact-based recommendations on investments, restructurings, governance, and ongoing performance
Formación
- 5+ years of relevant experience in dealer development or automotive retail.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Experience translating financial analysis into practical business recommendations.
- Experience with organizational restructuring or network changes.
Responsabilidades
- Lead evaluation of the Chilean dealer network and identify gaps to improve profitability.
- Analyze dealer profitability, liquidity, working capital and key operating indicators.
- Develop fact-based business cases for investments, restructurings and market decisions.
- Manage senior-level relationships with dealer principals and coordinate governance forums.
- Oversee contract administration with dealers and parts distributors, ensuring compliance.
