Bechtel Corporation seeks an experienced field supervisor to monitor subcontractor planning, safety, quality and technical activities on a complex project in Spence, Chile. You will coordinate and instruct subcontractor management staff to align work with established schedules and ensure safe, compliant execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–14 years of relevant experience, with strong I&C drawing interpretation and QA/QC capabilities.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of related work.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and I&C drawings (one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, P&ID).
• Experience with QA/QC activities in electrical and I&C, including inspections, tests and document management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and organize subcontractor activities through coordination and instruction of subcontractor management staff.
• Support mid-size to high complexity projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor subcontractor construction schedules, resources, and material/equipment requirements.
• Review subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material/equipment needs.
• Coordinate construction operations with external interfaces to align with schedules.
• Ensure installation of materials/equipment conforms to drawings, specs, and vendor requirements.
• Enforce policies, procedures and work rules established by field construction management.
• Support field engineers, foremen, and craft professionals in interpreting engineering documents.
• Coordinate with design on constructability issues.
