Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Consultant, Field Technology III to provide field technical support and act as the primary interface for TD SYNNEX products and services. You will resolve pre-sales technical issues and work with customers to design and maintain solutions.

The role requires extensive product knowledge, independent work toward long-range goals, and travel up to 20-30% of the time. Prior certifications across 3-4 brands are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with bachelor's or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience.
• 8+ years with master's degree.
• Field based Certification: 3-4 brands or advanced technical certifications in 1-2 brands.

Responsibilities

• Provides field technical support as primary interface for TD SYNNEX products, solutions, and services.
• Consults with customers to clarify requirements and resolve problems.
• Maintains technical knowledge through training and certifications.
• Assists sales teams with pre-sales technical solutions and strategy.
