Creative Chaos is an AI orchestration company that partners with client teams to redesign workflows by embedding AI orchestrators and deploying agents. The Principal AI Process Orchestrator leads engagements with client COOs/CEOs, guiding workflow audits, design of future states, and end-to-end delivery of automations across 3–4 concurrent engagements.

Qualificações

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery, product, or enterprise SaaS.
• Deeply AI-native: You have built and deployed real agents and have opinions about tool choices.
• Portfolio over resume: GitHub, deployed agents, and public writing demonstrably present.
• Business-native English and executive poise: experience with US or Western companies and running senior stakeholder workshops.
• Curious and hungry: you learn new tools weekly and explore adjacent problems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements end-to-end and be the face of the engagement with senior client leadership.
• Map the business workflows within the first 30 days and identify AI-enabled opportunities.
• Design the future state detailing human vs. agent roles, handoffs, and success metrics.
• Ship the implementation and deliver first automation within 60 days of engagement.
• Grow the engagement by routing resources for Build, Rescue, or ongoing Support.
• Own the measurable outcomes with quantifiable impact.
