Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI models and tools for complex problems and enhanced products. You will work with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI into existing applications and stay ahead of advancements in AI technologies.

The role requires a strong background in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and tweak as necessary.
• Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectively.
• Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company.
