SoftServe is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to own the AI-powered student tutor integration with Canvas for medical education. You will deliver scalable backend services and responsive in-Canvas experiences while coordinating with AI/ML, QA, product, and client stakeholders to drive university pilots.

You will design Python backend services, build Next.js/React interfaces, ensure accessibility and security, and collaborate across teams to accelerate pilot outcomes and provide same-day

Formación

• Proven ability to own full-stack features from API design through UI implementation.
• Strong Python backend and API development with FastAPI or similar.
• Advanced frontend skills with Next.js and React.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-agent integration and prompt-driven orchestration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain Python backend services for tutor orchestration, content-generation workflows, Canvas/LTI integration, and data ingestion.
• Build responsive Next.js and React experiences with product, AI/ML, and QA teams to improve student access across devices.
• Deliver end-to-end features with client stakeholders to accelerate pilot outcomes and align API contracts, state management, streaming, and configuration.
• Ensure application performance, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and security across backend and frontend components.
• Communicate technical progress, trade-offs, and defect resolution directly with the client during sessions, sprint reviews, and UAT.
• Triage and resolve client-reported defects quickly to reduce disruption during active pilot and Hypercare periods.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and code reviews to maintain delivery quality.
