BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and ship pipelines connecting to LLM providers and platforms, driving internal AI initiatives that push the product forward. This role emphasizes Java and Python engineering with deep agentic system design expertise.

You will build agentic systems that reason, plan, and act, and own code quality across the stack in a 100% remote environment with competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep expertise in agentic system design, including tool use, agent loops, function calling, structured outputs, and reasoning models.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integrations.
• Comfort with AI-assisted coding as part of the daily workflow.
• Experience with MCP or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
• Background working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Bedrock; Anthropic experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and ship pipelines integrating with LLM providers and platforms.
• Lead internal AI-driven initiatives from concept to production.
• Build agentic systems involving tool use, agent loops, function calling, and structured outputs.
• Use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining full accountability for code quality.
