BairesDev is hiring a Lead AI Engineer – Python to guide the development of reusable AI asset libraries, design scalable APIs, and shape the organization-wide AI tooling in a 100% remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering, strong Python, experience with LLM applications, and a background in building catalog-like AI assets; English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
• Experience building reusable AI asset libraries (skill/prompt catalogs).
• Experience designing APIs for library/catalog services (CRUD, tagging, versioning, access control).
• Experience with React and component libraries.
• English proficiency for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build reusable AI asset libraries, including skill and prompt catalogs, templates, and metadata search.
• Design APIs for library/catalog services, including CRUD operations, tagging, versioning, and access control.
• Develop and refine prompt engineering practices, including structured outputs and prompt versioning.
• Support prompt evaluation and testing through golden sets, regression testing, and quality scoring.
• Contribute to portal UX and component library development where needed.
