SoftServe is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and deliver advanced Generative AI and NLP solutions. You will join the AI & Data Science Center of Excellence, tackling global projects that blend research, engineering, and real-world deployment.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery—from data analysis and experimentation to production deployment and optimization—working with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps to integrate models into scalable cloud systems.

Formación

• Academic background with a Master’s or Ph.D. in CS or related field.
• Strong experience with Generative AI and NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms for AI deployment.
• Excellent communication in English at business level.
• Experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop Generative AI and NLP solutions using transformer-based architectures and modern deep learning techniques.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from data analysis and experimentation to production deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate models into scalable cloud-based systems.
• Develop LLM-based applications such as intelligent assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and content generation tools.
• Analyze large and complex datasets, selecting appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and tools for each use case.
• Build and operationalize machine learning models, including data preparation, experiment design, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Present technical solutions and insights to stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation within AI and Data Science projects.
