Global Payments is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead / Atlassian Platform Administrator to enable effective software delivery across multiple Agile teams supporting the Genius POS platform. The role centers on Jira configuration, governance, optimization, workflow automation, and standardization, with growth toward broader Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer responsibilities over time.

- Experience administering Jira and the Atlassian platform, including workflows, permissions, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
- Governance and standardization of Jira usage across multiple teams while maintaining team flexibility.
Responsabilidades
- Administer and optimize the Atlassian platform, primarily Jira, with support for Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, and Marketplace apps.
- Design and maintain Jira workflows, fields, screens, schemes, permissions, automations, dashboards, and reports for scalable delivery.
- Partner with delivery, engineering, product and leadership to standardize Jira usage with enterprise governance.
