Formación

• 12+ years of experience in design engineering, product development or technical support within mining.
• Strong knowledge of mineral processing equipment and wear products.
• Experience developing and implementing engineering solutions in a mining context.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the engineering team in Chile.
• Set technical priorities and oversee engineering project delivery.
• Work with customers to define solutions for site challenges.
• Guide product design and validation processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
