Murex Chile is seeking an experienced Product/Service Manager to shape and evolve our Managed Services offerings, including SaaS and MXevolve, for regional clients. You will translate global standards into practical regional execution while collaborating with CETs, BI and pre-sales teams to strengthen proposals and service delivery.

• Extensive knowledge of MX.3 and Managed Services operating models.
• Experience engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and delivery discipline.

Responsabilidades

• shape and evolve Managed Services value propositions and service standards.
• Influence the Service Offer roadmap using regional feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding, adoption, and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Identify gaps and drive pragmatic corrective actions across AMER.
