• At least 7 years of Murex experience, ideally with exposure to Managed Services, SaaS, MXevolve, implementation, upgrades, production operations, and/or CI.
• Fluent in English and able to engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and evolve Managed Services value propositions, operating models, and service standards (SaaS, MXevolve, and future offerings).
• Use regional insights and field feedback to influence the Service Offer roadmap and backlog.
• Clarify service scope, release content, methodology changes, and adoption expectations for regional stakeholders.
