Murex Chile is seeking a dedicated consultant to provide client support and delivery services in line with Murex standards. You will follow up open cases, participate in upgrade and implementation project streams, and contribute to client workshops to ensure smooth delivery.

You will also handle defect correction, product enhancements, and internal/external trainings, while assisting senior colleagues with demos and pre-sales activities.

Formación

• Experience providing client support for complex software platforms.
• Exposure to upgrade, migration or implementation projects.
• Ability to conduct trainings for internal teams or clients.
• Experience handling defects and product enhancements.
• Willingness to provide on-site client assistance when needed.
• Support coordination with guidance from senior profiles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide client support by following up on open cases and ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to upgrade, migration, or implementation project work streams and participate in client workshops.
• Manage defect corrections and request product enhancements as needed.
• Conduct trainings for Murex staff or client personnel.
• Provide on-site client assistance and act as Support Coordinator with guidance.
• Assist senior profiles with demos and pre-sales preparation.
• Work on internal product evolution streams and contribute ideas.

Mission / Main focus

The consultant provides support and delivery services to our clients on her/his expertise domain according to Murex standards (quality and effort).

Main activities to be performed

• Provide support services to the clients: follow‑up and solving of open cases.
• Contribute to the build phases of upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and participate to the client workshops when needed.
• Manage defect correction and product enhancement.
• Conduct trainings, internal to Murex or to clients.
• Contribute to client assistance on‑site.
• Start acting as Support Coordinator with guidance.
• Provide internal assistance to more senior profiles for demo / pre‑sales preparation.
• Work on an internal product evolution stream.
