Murex, a global fintech leader, is seeking an Operations Consultant to provide support and delivery services to clients in line with Murex standards. This hybrid role is based in Santiago and offers exposure to upgrade, migration and implementation projects.

You will participate in client workshops, help with defect correction, product enhancements, and internal product evolution streams, while training colleagues and contributing to on-site client assistance.

Formación

• Experience in client support and delivery according to project standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support services to clients: follow-up and solving of open cases.
• Contribute to the build phases of upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and participate in client workshops when needed.
• Manage defect correction and product enhancement.
• Contribute to client assistance on-site.
