APPLY is expanding its Managed Services team and seeks a Service Desk Engineer to ensure reliable operation of client e-commerce platforms. You will triage, diagnose and resolve IT issues, while delivering proactive customer care and clear guidance to enterprise clients.

The role includes weekend night shifts (two nights per week) and collaboration with vendor support teams to maintain service levels and knowledge sharing across multiple client engagements.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in technical support or IT service desk roles.

Responsabilidades

• Triage issues in the ticketing system and own issues until resolution.
• Diagnose, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve IT problems for client platforms.
• Provide guidance to client personnel to empower users to help themselves.
• Lead conversations and guide clients through platform configuration.
