APPLY is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to support enterprise clients on modern SaaS e-commerce platforms. You will triage issues, diagnose problems, and provide first-rate technical support while maintaining platform stability.

This weekend night role covers two nights per week on a rotating schedule (Fri-Sun, 12 hours). You will collaborate with vendor platforms, adhere to SLAs, and help customers with effective solutions.

Formación

• 0-2 years in technical support or IT service desk.
• Familiar with e-commerce concepts.
• Experience triaging issues in ticketing systems.
• Comfortable working with vendor platform support teams.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Willing to work fixed weekend night schedule - 2 nights per week, Fri-Sun, 12 hours.
• Proactive, self-directed learner.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Triage issues in the ticketing system and own them until resolution.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve IT problems on client platforms.
• Guide client personnel to self-help and configure platforms.
• Collaborate in a 24/7 service desk with SLA-driven responses.
• Escalate when required and follow defined processes.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge bases.
• Communicate with senior client stakeholders clearly.
