SupportYourApp in Chile is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to deliver expert T1 support for Windows VPS trading environments in a fully remote role. You will build strong customer relationships, stay current with tools, and ensure data security while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (C1).
At least 6 months of experience in a technical support role.
Hands-on experience with VPS setup and management.
Trading experience.
Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
Personal computer (at least 8Gb RAM) with a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding technical support via emails and chats.
Perform first-tier (T1) troubleshooting for customers’ Windows-based VPS environments used for trading.
Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.
Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI.
