Job summary
SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to deliver high-quality technical support via email and chat for our VPS-based trading environments. You will troubleshoot T1 issues, build strong customer relationships, and stay current with evolving tools while maintaining data security.
The role requires at least 6 months in tech support, strong Windows Server knowledge, and familiarity with platforms like TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
Qualifications
- English at least C1 level.
- Minimum 6 months in a technical support role.
- Hands-on VPS setup and management experience.
- Trading experience and familiarity with trading platforms.
- Strong Windows Server administration knowledge.
- Analytical thinking and proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality technical support via emails and chats.
