Job summary

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader delivering secure customer and technical support in 60 languages across 30+ countries. We are seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our remote team and thrive in a multicultural environment while supporting clients like MasterCard, Calm and MacPaw.

You will deliver outstanding technical support via emails and chats, build strong customer relationships, and stay current with evolving tools and technology.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with VPS setup and management.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
