Jobgether SRL in Chile is partnering to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Medical Billing expertise for remote work with U.S. therapy practices. The role blends hands-on billing know-how with talent sourcing to identify skilled professionals across the full billing cycle.

You will screen, assess, and recommend candidates who align with payer requirements, EMR systems, and therapy workflows, while improving assessment methods and pipelines for long-term recruitment success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on medical billing experience covering the full revenue cycle.
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, and denial reasons.
• Ability to explain billing workflows clearly and assess candidate responses.
• Experience conducting live screening calls and evaluating technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing/RCM roles.
• Conduct technical screening focusing on billing experience and EMR systems used.
• Assess billing proficiency including claim workflows, EOBs, denials, and A/R follow-up.
• Administer and score role-specific skills assessments and flag risks early.
• Provide written evaluations highlighting strengths, risks, and readiness.
