Job summary

Tidal is hiring a Sales Operations Lead for a fast-growing, high-ticket eCommerce company specializing in custom outdoor kitchens. You will manage the day-to-day sales pipeline from post-consultation through close and production handoff, ensuring proposals, follow-ups, CRM tasks, and internal coordination move forward on time.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of remote or freelance work experience.
• 2–4+ years in Sales Operations or similar execution-heavy roles.
• Experience managing CRM pipelines, deadlines, and multiple workstreams.
• Experience supporting high-ticket or consultative sales environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1–C2).
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and detail orientation.
• Proactive in identifying next priorities without directions.
• Reliable and responsive during committed working hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline from post-consultation through close and handoff.
• Prepare accurate client-ready proposals within 24 hours after design consultations.
• Support 1–2 Sales Managers handling ~6 consultations/day each.
• Build estimates and proposals; coordinate revisions and approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date Pipedrive records and tasks.
• Review Pipedrive, email, and tasks to resolve SLA risks.
• Keep stakeholders aligned to deadlines with clear communication.
• Hand off closed projects to Production & Logistics with full details.
• Coordinate across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and support.
• Manage multiple deals and priorities with accuracy and responsiveness.
