Tidal is hiring a Project Manager to organize projects, improve Asana workflows, and keep teams accountable in a fully remote setting. You will work across departments to clean up processes, track deadlines, and ensure important tasks and recurring work are completed on time.

The role requires strong English communication, independent work in a fast-moving remote environment, and a proven ability to turn complex workflows into actionable plans.

Formación

• 3+ years in project management, business operations, or cross-functional roles.
• Proficient in Asana with managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Experience documenting SOPs and turning processes into repeatable workflows.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
• English communication skills required.
• Experience with EOS or integrator-style operating models is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve Asana workflows, structures, ownership, deadlines, dependencies, recurring processes, templates, and accountability.
• Review workflows, SOPs, and business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and handoff issues.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through completion, coordinating stakeholders and blockers.
• Turn repeatable processes into clear and trackable Asana workflows for onboarding, launches, events, and reporting cycles.
• Support departments including wholesale, sales, creative, finance, logistics, and operations.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and ensure next steps are completed.
• Maintain SOPs, project docs, status updates, and other operational resources as a source of truth.
