Job summary

Tidal is seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Manager to own procurement, inventory, and logistics for a growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand. You will coordinate suppliers, packaging partners, freight providers, and 3PLs, while taking over Claude-based backend operations and ensuring accuracy across systems.

We require strong English, vendor accountability, and a demonstrated remote-work track record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ops, procurement, logistics or supply chain in ecommerce or consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing suppliers, packaging partners, freight providers, and 3PLs independently.
• Strong inventory management and replenishment skills around demand and promotions.
• Hands-on Shopify experience affecting checkout, availability or fulfillment.
• High proficiency in Claude in daily operations and integration into systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1–C2).
• Remote work track record with timely responses and SOP adherence.
• Ability to commit full-time and disclose other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement and supplier execution from PO through receipt at 3PL.
• Hold vendors accountable with firm deadlines and corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory availability and coordinate replenishment around launches.
• Manage freight, documentation, tracking, and 3PL performance.
• Maintain Shopify configurations and relevant integrations impacting checkout and fulfillment.
• Take over Claude-powered workflows and validate outputs.
• Track costs and performance across inventory, PO, delivery timelines.
• Communicate risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Follow SOPs and ensure ongoing team alignment and updates.
