Tidal is hiring a Senior Demand Planner for a growing omnichannel consumer products business. You will own the end-to-end demand planning process, combining company and category targets with SKU-level forecasting to translate historical sales, seasonality, market trends, promotions, product lifecycle, and wholesale demand into accurate forecasts, inventory requirements, and purchasing recommendations.

This full-time, remote role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience with ERP/BI

Formación

• At least 4 years in demand planning or a related analytical function.
• Experience in omnichannel product business across eCommerce, retail, or wholesale.
• Strong forecasting and inventory planning skills including seasonality and lead times.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with large datasets and ERP/BI exposure.
• Strong analytical, English communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain SKU-, category-, and company-level demand forecasts.
• Reconcile top-down targets with bottom-up forecasts and monitor KPIs.
• Translate forecasts into inventory requirements and purchasing recommendations.
• Partner with Supply Chain to improve product availability and reduce stockouts.
• Own the demand planning component of the S&OP process with cross-functional teams.
• Build forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting; ensure data accuracy.
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and planning processes.
