Welldone Chemical is hiring a Sales Manager – Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals to lead sales operations in Chile. The role requires deep knowledge of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products, with a track record in key account management and distributor channels.

This is a remote, full-time contract position. The ideal candidate will drive regional revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
Proven success in managing key accounts and distributors, particularly within the Chile market.
In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute sales strategies for chemical products (HEC, MHEC, HPMC, RDP).
Establish and maintain relationships with clients in coatings, painting, putty, tile adhesives, and mortar sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
Monitor competitor activity to stay competitive and proactive in the market.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies align with broader business goals.
