BA Global Talent is seeking a remote Regional Sales Manager based in Chile for a global metrology equipment manufacturer. You will commercialize CMMs, vision systems, and related measuring tools across South America, while supporting distributors and customers with product demonstrations and technical positioning.

You will train distributor teams, identify key customers, and help shape marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of sales experience in dimensional metrology or related equipment.
• Experience developing distributor networks and channel management across markets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across South America (excluding Brazil).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Measurement, Metrology, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Commercialize measuring instruments across assigned South American markets.
• Support distributors and customers with product selection, demonstrations, and positioning.
• Train distributor sales teams on CMMs and related equipment.
• Identify target manufacturers and labs using dimensional inspection equipment.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.
• Plan and participate in industry exhibitions and events.
