Job summary

Consea America is seeking a Sales Manager for Chile to develop and执行 a sales strategy across the country. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and coordinate with regional HQ to secure orders and contracts.

The role requires a track record of selling in competitive markets, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience in international organizations. Travel nationwide is expected, with remote work within Chile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10/15 years of sales experience; electrical sector experience a plus.
• Proven track record in executing commercial strategies and growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Spanish with good knowledge of English.
• Can-do attitude; results-oriented and data-driven.
• Experience working in international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within the assigned area.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, visits, networking, and events.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Present commercial offers and transmit customer approvals to the Regional HQ.
• Transmit orders to the Regional HQ for acceptance.
• Support HQ in contract negotiations.
• Monitor sales performance and provide forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product development to meet customer requirements.
• Represent the company at trade shows and meetings as needed.
• Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date records.
