Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency with working-level English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and manage customer resources and equipment records to ensure accuracy.
• Identify customer needs through interaction, facilitate lead-to-opportunity conversion, guide contracts, and deliver products.
• Manage outstanding payments, reconcile accounts, mitigate risks, and handle settlement procedures for clients with cleared accounts.
