Gratia is seeking 2–3 RevOps specialists to support a remote, apprenticeship-based team during a critical integration and planning window. This 6+ month engagement will report to the VP of RevOps and involve cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Marketing, and Enterprise Systems.

You will own fundamental RevOps activities, including territory design, account routing, data enrichment, and forecasting infrastructure, while driving systemic improvements in a fast-growing, remote-first

Formación

• Proven experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or strategy consulting within B2B SaaS, PE-backed environments, or scaled organizations (~$300M revenue).
• Salesforce Power User: own CRM data integrity, basic admin tasks, legacy-instance troubleshooting.
• Gong proficiency for forecasting and call intelligence.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; basic SQL; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
• Owner mentality with an AI-first bias, actively using AI tools to speed up analysis and build automations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the VP of RevOps and the Chief Customer Officer across multiple revenue units.
• Execute core revenue operations activities during budget and GTM planning cycles.
• Support the integration of an $80M+ acquisition and consolidate GTM teams by Jan 2027.
• Own execution of territory design, account routing, data enrichment, segmentation, and pipeline/forecasting infra.
• Identify and resolve friction points like territory coverage gaps, lead routing inefficiencies, CRM data quality, and forecasting inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with Finance/FP&A, Marketing, and Enterprise Systems on KPIs and tool rationalization.
