FullStack is seeking a senior software professional to join our global remote team, delivering AI-assisted, production-grade software across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You will collaborate with top startups and Fortune 500 companies, translating complex product requirements into executable AI specifications and shaping AI-focused development workflows.

You will work directly with client teams, integrating into daily operations, and adhering to disciplined human-in-the-loop reviews

Formación

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Deep understanding of full-stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
Experience using GitHub Copilot as primary development environment for AI-driven implementation.
Experience delivering production software where AI systems generate most of the code.
Strong context engineering skills for reliable AI output.
Ability to translate complex product requirements into machine-executable AI specs.
Experience designing AI-first development workflows from spec to deployment.
Ability to improve AI-generated output through structured iteration and feedback loops.
Comfort across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
Advantageous: Agile/Lean practices and strong English.
Four-year college degree and a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

Integrate directly into the client’s team and work daily with designers and engineers.
Deliver AI-driven production software with AI-generated implementation.
Translate complex product requirements into machine-executable AI specifications.
Design AI-first development workflows from specification through deployment.
Iterate on AI-generated output with structured feedback loops to improve quality.
Collaborate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
Maintain disciplined human-in-the-loop reviews and risk-aware validation.
Participate in Agile/Lean ceremonies and adapt to asynchronous work.
Maintain strong English communication and documentation.
