Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Project Manager to own delivery of marketing programs for US clients. You will launch campaigns, develop SEO roadmaps, produce reports, and manage client relationships, keeping projects on time and on budget.

This delivery seat requires a strong communicator who stays organized, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives work to completion in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
