Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer for the Platform in Santiago, Chile. You will design and own backend APIs for payments, subscriptions, auth, and analytics, serving a global audience of Speechify users.

You'll work on throughput, resiliency, and system correctness, collaborating with product, mobile, and web teams to stay ahead of product needs. This role embraces a distributed, async culture and rapid assessment cycles.

Formación

• Proven backend experience in TS/Node (required).
• Direct experience with GCP; working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or another cloud.
• Ability to share ownership of work and show impact.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and own APIs behind payments, subscriptions, auth, consumption tracking, and public TTS API.
• Improve existing services to be faster, cheaper, and more reliable.
• Ensure correctness before shipping and implement lasting checks.
