Ottomatik.io is seeking a Part-time Copywriter for a 20-hour weekly remote role, focused on long-form content for a US-based client across governance, legal strategy, and behavioral science.

You will research, write, and edit articles, reports, and white papers, translating complex topics into clear content for executive audiences, with English proficiency. This role is open to Latin America residents and offers a monthly compensation of USD 600–1,000, plus 12 PTO days per year.

Formación

• 2+ years of copywriting or content writing experience.
• Experience writing long-form content (articles, reports, white papers).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
• Experience writing for professional audiences (consulting, legal, finance, technology, or professional services).
• Ability to simplify technical or complex concepts into reader-friendly content.
• Experience conducting research and synthesizing information into well-structured pieces.
• Flexible, output-driven workload (20 hours/week).
• Proactive communicator with founders or senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI governance or regulatory topics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research, write, and edit long-form articles, reports, white papers, and thought leadership content.
• Translate complex topics—including AI governance, compliance, legal strategy, and professional services—into clear, engaging content for executive audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and Director of Strategic Initiatives to develop ideas, refine messaging, and ensure consistency with the firm's brand and voice.
• Edit and refine existing content for clarity, structure, and impact.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats when appropriate.
• Provide occasional LinkedIn content support by adapting articles into posts and assisting with content planning as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into written content.
