Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead high-impact projects for a major U.S. client.

You’ll own post-production from rough cut to final delivery and serve as the primary creative partner on the account. In this fully remote, long-term contractor role, you’ll collaborate with an extended team, translate client goals into production plans, and ensure high-quality storytelling across branded content and testimonials.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience within a production company, creative agency, brand, or similar environment.
• Outstanding storytelling instincts supported by a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Advanced English (spoken and written). You should feel confident leading client meetings, presenting edits, and communicating directly with U.S. clients.
• Previous experience presenting work directly to clients and leading client conversations.
• Excellent written communication skills, including handling client emails and project correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

About The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Lead Video Editor who enjoys both the creative and client-facing sides of production.

You’ll become the primary creative partner for one of the company's largest clients, leading projects from post-production through final delivery while serving as the day-to-day point of contact. Although your primary focus will be one key account, you’ll also collaborate with the broader creative team on additional productions as opportunities arise.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
