BairesDev busca un Talent Outreach Analyst proactivo con más de 3 años de experiencia en reclutamiento. La posición ofrece trabajo 100% remoto desde cualquier lugar y una excelente compensación en USD o la moneda local.

Formación

• Más de 3 años de experiencia en reclutamiento de talento.
• Experiencia trabajando con técnicas de ventas y reclutamiento.
• Dominio del inglés a nivel avanzado.

Responsabilidades

• Contactar candidatos y ayudarles a inscribirse en BairesDev.
• Crear y enviar mensajes de reclutamiento.
• Construir relaciones con candidatos a través de redes profesionales.
• Entender las necesidades de los candidatos para sugerir opciones adecuadas en BairesDev.
• Colaborar con diferentes gerentes para alinear prioridades.

Talent Outreach Analyst at BairesDev

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Outreach. This position is responsible for contacting candidates (leads) and helping them to find their new job at BairesDev. Advocates worked with thousands of candidates, so they are well aware of the pains of a job search/change experience, and play a pivotal role to engage with top talent.

The Talent Outreach delivers an amazing candidate experience and sets candidates up for success on the platform so that they can find a job they love.

What You Will Do

• Contact candidates and help them to sign up for a job at BairesDev.
• Craft and send recruitment messages with the goal of a high response rate.
• Build relationships with the candidates on professional networks, via email, phone, and video conference.
• Understand candidates needs and next steps in their careers to suggest the best options at BairesDev.
• Actively collaborate with different managers to align priorities.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment.
• Experience with online and phone sales techniques.
• Experience in IT Industry head-hunting.
• Advanced English level.
