BairesDev is seeking an Operations QA to oversee and improve quality processes for mission‑critical systems. You will drive operational excellence by ensuring workflows meet stringent compliance and performance standards, with a focus on scalable auditing practices.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or operational auditing.
• Proven expertise in auditing methodologies and performance scorecards.
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing operational KPIs to drive quality improvement.
• Strong background in creating structured documentation and ensuring compliance standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement comprehensive auditing methodologies to evaluate process efficiency and success.
• Develop and manage structured performance scorecards to track progress against organizational objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to align operational activities with business strategy.
• Maintain robust, structured documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Collaborate with operations and talent teams to identify quality gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
