BairesDev is hiring a Junior Tester for 100% remote work. You will develop and execute test cases, document results, and report defects to help ensure software quality across projects.

You’ll participate in requirement reviews, support test planning, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues while learning advanced testing tools. Formación

• 1+ year of experience with testing.
• Good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Execute detailed test cases, document test results, and report bugs effectively.
• Participate actively in requirement gathering and review sessions to understand and prepare for testing requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to discuss and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Assist in the maintenance of test documentation, including test plans and test reports.
• Learn to use advanced testing tools and techniques for more efficient testing.
• Contribute ideas to improve the QA processes and practices within the team.
