Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.
• Proven expertise in auditing methodologies and scorecards.
• Strong ability to define and track KPIs for operational excellence.
• Exceptional attention to detail with structured documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute thorough operational audits to identify process gaps and bottlenecks with clear recommendations.
• Develop and manage performance scorecards and key metrics for operational teams.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and audit trails per internal quality standards.
• Coordinate between internal departments and external auditing bodies to address findings and ensure compliance.
• Perform gap analyses to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes.
